What is the density of epoxy and pu tooling board?
According to density, tooling board is generally divided into
low,medium and high density tooling boards: (unit: g/cm3)
1. Low density tooling board, such as ZK150->0.15, ZK460
->0.7, suitable for rapid prototype,master models, foundry
casting molds, fiberglass molds, sanding molds, and general
inspection tools;
2. Medium density tooling board, such as ZK5100-->1.0,
ZK5120->1.2, suitable for core mold, vacuum forming molds,
gauges with high hardness and compressive strength requirements;
3. High density tooling board, such as ZK470 and ZK5166, have a
density of 1.7 g/cm3, high hardness, strong pressure resistance,
and high temperature resistance. They are used for metal forming
tools,sheet metal stamping,carbon fiber mold, checking
fixtures,etc.
ZEEK can provide epoxy and pu tooling board materials with density from 0.15g/cm3 to 1.7g/cm3, such as:0.15,0.25,0.35,0.45,0.6,0.7,0.8,1.0,1.2,1.4,1.7g/cm3
