Polyurethane tooling board, also named urethane board,pu tooling board, chemical wood, modeling board,is a material made from pu resin ant other curing agent. For example, for low density pu board, it is made from pu resin,hollow glass microspheres and hardenner; for high density pu board, it is made from pu resin, pu hardenner, aluminum power and other filler, no need microspheres.

Polyurethane tooling boards are used mainly for making prototype, patterns, master model,checking fixtures,vacuum forming mold,stamping mould, casting die in the fields of automotive, aerospace,wind power,railway vehicle,vessel building.
